I am blessed to be a Certified Professional Midwife. My journey began in Prior Lake, Minnesota, when I graduated at the top of my class from High School in 1983. Following that, I achieved an Associates Degree from Normandale Community College in 2009. I majored in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota for my Bachelor's Degree. I have trained as a Massage Therapist at U.S. Career Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado and practiced since 2014. I received an Associates of Science in Midwifery from the National College of Midwifery, in Taos, New Mexico in 2022. I have been a doula for almost three decades (1991), as well as a Childbirth Educator. I live near Lakeville, and would like to serve families within an hours drive of my home. I do offer visits in client's homes, as well as in my own home office. I hope to bring my extensive education and experience to birthing families in Minnesota.
